She is due to be released on Wednesday from the low-security federal prison in Danbury, Connecticut, where she began serving her sentence in January, The Record newspaper of New Jersey reported on Sunday, citing her attorney, James Leonard Jr.

According to sources, the Real Housewives of New Jersey star is planning on a very quiet Christmas after her release from incarceration, with the reality TV momma wanting to go straight home to husband Joe and her children. “Here’s what I can tell you … she’s getting released on December 23, I don’t know exactly what time”.

Several times in the past year, rumors about Joe cheating on Teresa have circulated online, and Teresa has reportedly ignored them each time, even as it became more and more apparent that her husband was being unfaithful. She’s not going to a halfway house. “During that period, she will be able to work, she will be able to take care of business, medical [things]”.

“If she were to re-sign with Bravo, she would be permitted to film the show”, says Leonard. She will be hosting Christmas dinner for the Giudices and it sounds like the cameras will capture this honest moment between family members.

Melissa believes that Teresa Giudice will spend plenty of time with her daughters and her husband before he turns himself in. He’s expected to start his 41-month sentence in March and has said he will serve his term at the Federal Correctional Institution at Fort Dix in southern Jersey.
