Real Madrid midfielder Isco hoping to give Rafa Benitez selection dilemma
Cristiano Ronaldo scored his 13th goal of the season as Real Madrid defeated Las Palmas 3-1 Saturday to remain top of the Spanish league.

The visitors stunned the home supporters when they snatched a goal back on 38 minutes through Hernan Santana from a corner.
Real is tied in #1 position in the table with Barcelona, both with 21 points.
Cristiano Ronaldo scored his eighth goal of the campaign, between strikes from Isco and Jese, in a comfortable win for a depleted Real at the Bernabeu, though they did concede at home for the first time this term in Spain’s top flight.
Real Madrid playmaker Isco has admitted he is happy to play in any position under Rafa Benitez and wants to give the manager a selection dilemma.
Bale has arguably been one of the best players in the world over the past few years and United’s squad will most certainly be boosted with the potential addition of the 26-year old.
Yet their dreams of getting a result here were shattered after just four minutes, when Jese intercepted the ball deep in Las Palmas’ half and slipped it to Casemiro.
Real, who are also without injured pair Dani Carvajal and Gareth Bale, will also rest Pepe, Sergio Ramos, Alvaro Arbeloa, James Rodriguez and Karim Benzema this weekend despite all five having recovered from injury.
Friday: Deportivo la Coruna 1 (Lucas Perez 77) drew with Atletico Madrid 1 (Tiago 34). Ronaldo was given room to head in Marcelo’s cross 10 minutes later. “We started the game sensationally well and then maybe with the advantage our tempo dropped in the second-half”, said Madrid boss Rafael Benitez.
Villarreal still hold a five-point lead over Sevilla and Valencia in the battle between the three most likely candidates for the fourth Champions League place, but the Yellow Submarine have taken just one point from their last three games.

Casilla, Real Madrid’s summer signing from Espanyol, has had to warm the bench since his arrival but could now finally get his chance.
