After a three hour standoff, the SWAT teams deployed stun grenades known as flash bangs and entered the apartment to find Mark and Debby Constantino dead inside, the Sparks Police Department said.

Officials said – as part of that investigation, which started at about 6:30 a.m. Tuesday – police pinged the telephone of a woman who could not be found in that case.
Debbie Constantino’s cell phone was tracked to an apartment where police found her with her estranged husband, Mark Constantino. Reno police deputy chief Tom Robinson said that Mark told police, “give me 15 minutes to gather my thoughts or I’ll kill her”.
Sparks police identified the couple as Mark Constantino, 53, and his 52-year-old wife, Debra.
Mark Constantino called police in July of 2012, saying his wife was intoxicated and that he was afraid she might stab him.
Authorities said Mark was a suspect in the killing of the unidentified man found in the apartment where Debby had been living prior to the incident, according to Us.
The Constantinos rose to notoriety by appearing on the Travel Channel series “Ghost Adventures“, where they were brought in multiple times to lend a hand in the team’s paranormal investigations. KTVN reported that the Constantinos’ relationship had a violent past. This apartment is believed to belong to the Constantino’s adult daughter and is located near the Sparks High School. They were also active within the community of paranormal investigators.
Information on their manner of death was not immediately released. EVP stands for Electronic Voice Phenomena.
The cops then tried to negotiate Debby’s release but failed.
