A late December storm promises to bring a white Christmas to San Bernardino mountain communities.
The springlike Christmas Day follows a record-setting Christmas Eve. NY and Washington are expected to set records.
Normally temperatures would be around freezing this time of year but this morning the skating surface at Nathan Phillips Square outside city hall was rippled with water.
