Red Sox player tweets soggy golf photo
You might assume the Mookie Betts has above average hand-eye coordination and reaction time based on the fact that he is a major league baseball player.

The Boston Red Sox center fielder was out golfing in Florida with teammates and infielders Travis Shaw and Deven Marrero on Sunday when the golf cart he was driving wound up in a pond.
On Monday, Betts explained to reporters in Fort Myers, Fla. what actually happened. He somehow managed to completely submerge the cart in the middle of the water.
Betts also said that a golf course worker had to go into the water to get his belongings. I couldn’t pull it out, couldn’t salvage anything – well, we got our wallets, didn’t get our phones, but got our keys.
“No more driving for me”, Betts tweeted, with a picture of the golf cart. He’s very good, you know. But he might not have one in driving a golf cart.

“I feel like it shouldn’t have been taken seriously”, Betts said. I think it’s amusing the situation, it rolled in.
