Boesch, who will replace Billy Hamilton on his way to the 15-day disabled list, played earlier this season in Cincinnati, making 10 starts and 32 appearances.

Hamilton was injured while trying to make a diving catch in Tuesday’s 3-1, 13-inning loss to Kansas City.
Price previously stated that Hamilton came away from the highlight-reel play feeling sore, which caused him to leave the game, according to the MLB.com report.
Hamilton’s defense is outstanding and he made big strides with his base-stealing this year after being thrown out a league-high 23 times in 2014, but he simply hasn’t hit.
LeCure spent most of the past five seasons with the Reds, but the call-up is his first to the major leagues in 2015 after pitching in Triple-A all year. 226 with four home runs and 28 RBIs this season.
LeCure, 31, was somewhat of a surprise to not make the Reds’ Opening Day roster.

They recalled outfielder Brennan Boesch from Triple-A Louisville, optioned right-hander Dylan Axelrod to Louisville, selected the contract of right-hander Sam LeCure and transferred right-hander Nate Adcock to the 60-day DL. 125 with a. 169 OBP, one double, one RBI, three walks and 21 strikeouts in 56 at-bats.
