Redskins’ Robert Griffin III Says He’s The “Best QB” In NFL
Robert Griffin III is not lacking in confidence following consecutive injury-plagued seasons.

I am sure that RG3 does not think he really is the best quarterback in the NFL. And Robert Griffin III has a right to say he’s the best QB in the league. The actual best quarterbacks in the league, Aaron Rogers, Tom Brady or someone of that ilk could probably get away with saying they’re the best quarterback in the league but you don’t hear that. ‘No, I think I’m pretty good but I can’t compare to Rodgers, Luck, etc.’ Whether or not you agree with his statement, you have to agree with his mindset. “But, I still view myself as the best because that’s what I work toward every single day”.
Griffin said he doesn’t like today’s culture of constant scrutiny, but accepts it as a reality and doesn’t feel outside pressure. The running back has not looked as dominant as he once did in his rookie season. Griffin, coming off two shaky seasons with the Redskins, just made Hollywood Reporter’s tally of America’s most disliked celebrities of 2015. I’ll be supporting him either way in his quest to be the best. In 2013, Griffin was returning from multiple torn ligaments in his knee but played the first 13 games before being removed from the lineup. “There’s more business that goes into it, there’s more ruthlessness, backstabbing than you would expect”.
“But at the end of the day when you put your helmet on, your shoulder pads and your trousers, your cleats and you get to go out there and run around on the field”, Griffin added.
I’ve been around a lot of NFL players for a lot of interviews, and what Griffin said there is way more introspective than nearly anything you’ll hear in a locker room.

However, he still thinks he’s one of the best quarterbacks in the NFL. “I want to be here for my whole career”.
