The 17-year-old student from Essex becomes the youngest ever victor of the competition.
A favorite of the bookies since the beginning of the show, she was crowned the public’s favourite after putting on a jaw-dropping performance, earning unprecedented praise from show boss Simon Cowell, who tipped her for superstardom rivalling only show veteran Leona.
The first time we heardher perform I’m Telling You by Jennifer Hudson was during the six chair challenge, and we’d hear it again in a wonderful duet with Rita Ora in the final.
While interviewing the X Factor victor Louisa Johnson on Monday morning, Morgan reminded Reid of the tweet, to which she replied: “I do not renegade on my bets. I don’t want to get like that because I’m not that sort of person”.
Both artists also performed their own versions of the winner’s single, a cover of Bob Dylan’s “Forever Young”.
“I always love the show”.
Chatting about her win, she said: ‘It’s just incredible.
“No matter what happens you’re a superstar”, Rita told her.
Louisa will now be promoting her single, which is aimed at next Friday’s Christmas Day chart. “It was wonderful. It made me nervous for everyone including for us”, he explained.
Apart from Adele’s performance, it was Adele’s short hair that people loved.
Everyone who was watching the show would have been overjoyed by the night’s first high profile guest act – and that was none other than Coldplay. “We came here empty-handed and we leave here fully loaded from the music industry”.
Group Marketing Director for Very.co.uk, Kenyatte Nelson, commented: “The collaboration between Very.co.uk and The X Factor is hugely exciting”.
Louisa was followed by Reggie N Bollie, leaving Che in the losers seat.
