Reports of gunfire at Houston-area transportation company
Two people are dead and two others are injured following a shooting at a Katy Area transportation business Wednesday morning.

“The suspect is believed to have taken his own life after being terminated early this morning”, the sheriff’s office said on its Twitter feed.
The Harris County Sheriff’s Office says deputies responded Wednesday following reports of a shooting at a Knight Transportation office in Katy, about 20 miles west of Houston.
Harris County officials multiple shots were fired at Katy’s Knight Transportation just before 9 a.m., Click 2 Houston reported.
A nearby elementary school and high school were placed on lockdown.
Knight Transportation is national trucking company with three locations in Texas alone.
Police say one employee is dead, one is injured, and the shooter is dead.
Hickman says the man opened fire, killing one person and injuring another.
