Representative: Yoko Ono home after being treated for flu

Ono is the widow of John Lennon of the Beatles. An earlier report by CBS New York cited sources saying Ono had possibly suffered a stroke.

Elliot added that there is definitely no stroke and no life-threatening circumstances.it’s just advanced flu.

Artist Yoko Ono is resting in a hospital after a case of dehydration and fatigue, her son Sean Ono Lennon tweeted. “She’s really fine. Thanks for all the well wishes!”

A United States publication reported on Friday night that she had been rushed to hospital after possibly suffering a stroke, but Mintz denied such reports.

The star’s only son, musician Sean Lennon, also dismissed the stroke rumours on social media.

Yoko Ono was hospitalized in New York Friday evening after falling ill with symptoms of a “serious flu”, according to her rep.

Yoko Ono returned home from a hospital in New York Saturday, one day after being admitted with the flu.

Her representative Elliott Mintz told the Associated Press on Saturday she has been discharged. She said of the honor: “I’m excited to get this award”.

“I won’t stop. No, I never think that”. The exhibit, which contained 19 pieces from Yoko Ono, was meant to promote peace and tolerance. She could be dischraged as soon as today. That’s the same hospital where Lennon was pronounced dead after being shot by a deranged fan outside the Dakota on December 8, 1980.
