At a town hall meeting last month, Trump somewhat famously said he’d be neutral in negotiations between Israel and the Palestinians.

Reading from a prepared text off a Teleprompter – both rarities for him – Trump also pledged to move the US embassy in Israel to “the eternal capital of the Jewish people, Jerusalem”. While the U.S.is officially neutral in the Middle East conflict, his statement marked rhetorical departure for typically strongly pro-Israel U.S. presidential candidates.
Donald Trump began his appearance at the annual AIPAC conference in Washington DC by insisting he would not “pander” to his pro-Israel audience, claiming “That’s what politicians do”. And I say: ‘Why is it that Germany’s not dealing with North Atlantic Treaty Organisation on Ukraine?
“It will only further delegitimize Israel”, he said of a peace accord imposed on the two sides. Harry Reid (D-NV) and Hillary Clinton as a presidential campaign, and Donald Trump has enriched himself using government power.
“We need steady hands, not a president who says he’s neutral on Monday, pro-Israel on Tuesday, and who-knows-what on Wednesday”. “Even though he’s better than all these guys… even though he’s going to do more for Israel than anybody else”.
Perhaps the most interesting thing to watch for will be how Trump responds to the protests that may erupt during his speech.
Trump’s fellow GOP rivals, Texas Sen. He said it would “almost certainly” mean the Democrats would win the presidency.
Trump said many of those being quoted as saying they oppose his candidacy actually will support him, though he declined to name names. “This deal must come with vigorous enforcement”, she said, and “clear consequences for any violations”.
“You’ll get a glimpse of a potential US foreign policy that would insult our allies, not engage them and embolden our adversaries, not defeat them”, said Clinton.
Trump is getting a mixed reception from American Jews.
Cruz, a fiery conservative, often lashes out against Republican establishment figures, many of whom traditionally thrive in Utah.
The meeting, held at the offices of the Jones Day law firm, included some Republican lawmakers and a former Republican speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives, Newt Gingrich, and former Congressman Bob Livingston.
United States presidential hopefuls routinely make pilgrimages to AIPAC during an election year. We have now an opportunity to change course or have four more years of the same.
“But America should be better than this, and I think it is our responsibility as citizens to say so. Hillary Clinton has made millions selling influence in Washington”, he alleged.

Trump named five individuals, headed by one of his supporters, Senator Jeff Sessions of Alabama, a vocal immigration foe, as part of a team of foreign policy experts he consults and outlined a decidedly non-interventionist approach to US foreign affairs. But he told the Post that he also talks to terrorism expert Walid Phares, energy industry executive Carter Page, global energy lawyer George Papadopoulos, former defense agency inspector general Joe Schmitz and former Army lieutenant general Keith Kellogg.
