Republican lawmaker raises Iran deal tax question
For anybody watching the Republican presidential primary debate last Wednesday, the controversial nature of the Iranian nuclear deal was immediately obvious. Sen. We are far better equipped to push back on state sponsorship of terrorism if Iran’s access to nuclear weapons capabilities has been closed off. And we will continue to aggressively counter Iran’s missile program.

Iran has been a chief sponsor of terrorism in the world.
Texas Sen. Ted Cruz continued his opposition to the Obama administration’s nuclear deal with Iran by adding his name Tuesday to the cosponsors of a bill that would extend the Iran Sanctions Act (ISA) by 10 years.
Under current policy, taxpayers can’t receive foreign tax credits for business done within the country and shareholders are taxed for any income earned there.
Khamenei pointed out in a speech in Tehran, according to the Islamic Republic News Agency (IRNA)”I am telling you, first, you will not be around in 25 years’ time, and God willing, there will be no Zionist regime in 25 years“. As critics claim the Iran deal signals serious danger to the United States and its allies, the Obama administration insists it will ensure peace and security, preventing Iran from acquiring a nuclear weapon. They have steadily been building a stockpile of enriched uranium, completed an underground nuclear facility and repeatedly displayed their eagerness to bring destruction to our nation and others across the globe. We must be vigilant and watchful regarding the goals and the intentions of the new administration in Iran as it addresses its newfound domestic and worldwide responsibilities. A nuclear Iran is a threat to everyone, everywhere. They see the Iranian nuclear deal’s consequences playing out in a geopolitical environment identical to the one we now face. In a saner world, that would concentrate political minds on the wisdom of a deal that would enrich, empower, embolden and relegitimize the self-proclaimed anti-Western revolutionaries who rule Iran.
It would stop the president from lifting sanctions on Iran unless Tehran recognizes the state of Israel and releases Americans detained in Iran.
Just consider how much more risky our world has become under President Obama. The P5+1 delegation negotiated the deal the U.S.is attempting to implement.
Some pundits, I noticed, even compared the process with Iran to that of China in the 1970’s, when Beijing’s economic openness translated into greater tolerance towards the West. I think this is highly exaggerated.
“Many will wonder how the corresponding financial benefits will bolster a theocratic regime opposed to human rights and democracy at home, and the existence of a Jewish state overseas”. Problems will arise once Iran gets the sanctions relief, he predicted, and it will start to dig in its heels.

Recently, I voted for legislation that prohibits the president from suspending or limiting the sanctions that Congress has strategically placed on Iran, and restricts the White House from removing the unsafe foreign terrorists listed within the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action signed in Vienna. So their votes will count, but not those of USA senators?
