Donald Trump’s running mate Gov. Mike Pence says Indiana’s lieutenant governor should take his place on the November ballot as the GOP nominee for governor.
Pence will speak in prime time on Wednesday, a day dedicated to “Make America First Again”.
Michigan Republican Party Chair Ronna Romney McDaniel said his experience as a Midwestern governor would likely bode well for Michigan. “Trust me when I say this”. “Well, for those of you who don’t know me, which is most of you, I grew up on the front row of the American dream”. Cruz was booed off the stage after declining to endorse Trump during his remarks at the convention.
He said he served with Pence when both represented their states in Congress, and he came away with the impression that the man who later became Indiana’s governor – and now the Republican’s vice presidential nominee – is an authentic reformer.
“That’s what you can do with common-sense Republican leadership”, he said.
“I’ve known Eric Holcomb for more than 20 years”, Pence said.
Conservatives who are unsure of Trump, follow Pence. “And on the world stage, Donald Trump will lead from strength”. “He fills that void on the ticket of Trump not having held office previously”.
The Pence nomination has created what some might call a odd political scenario in IN state Republican politics.
“This is showing that he is going to play hard in the Midwest and play well in Michigan”, Hall said. “It’s just a very proud moment for all of us that live in IN”.
Pence’s North Atlantic Treaty Organisation comments came during broad-ranging interview in which he touched on abortion, the future of the Supreme Court, and trade.
The intrigue for Republicans most likely won’t end with the pick of a Governor candidate.
48 percent said they don’t know enough to say whether they have a favorable or unfavorable opinion of Pence.
Pence also said he is ready to take on presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton by working side by side with Trump to study the Obama-Clinton agenda and point out ways to resolve the any issues they caused.
In a statement, Sen.

Pence, long a conservative darling, made a surprise appearance Tuesday in front of a powerful conservative lobbying group to vow “that Donald Trump will be a great president of the United States of America because his heart beats with the heart of the American people”.
