Capcom managed to get Resident Evil 4 to run at 1080p and an increased frame-rate than before on Xbox One and PS4, just like the other two games in the franchise, Resident Evil 6 and Resident Evil 5.
The latest details for “Resident Evil 7” will feature more funds for the VR compatibility development and a possible “Resident Evil 2” remake demo.
However, Resident Evil Zero was a game that many had forgotten about or neglected to mention over the years.
Certain things were required in making the game VR-compatible, such as graphic needs that are more complex than before, thus there was an increase in development investment.
The lucrative franchise has garnered much respect since its debut back in 1996, and titles such as Resident Evil 4 have earned tons of awards and critical acclaim from both fans and critics.
Resident Evil 4 arrives on PlayStation 4 in full 1080p HD with an increased frame rate.
Other Resident Evil titles have previously be ported to current generation console, and really, it’s no secret at to why.
Not only development costs but designs would need to be improved as well.
Capcom assured investors that due to its development tools the overall cost was kept to a minimum. As of now, the “Kitchen” demo in available for all horror junkies out there.
