Pre-Black Friday sales are closing as Thanksgiving nears and retailers such as Wal-Mart hope to entice shoppers by turning Cyber Monday into Cyber Sunday, so shoppers can take advantage of its deals, a day earlier. In recent years, Vincent said he’s noticed a national trend of stores opening earlier and earlier for Black Friday.

Most banks are closed as well, though there are a number that will offer advanced ATM options that include check and cash depositing.
