This year’s Ganeshotsav was no different for the Kapoor Khandaan. Rishi, Randhir and Ranbir Kapoor were seen walking for nearly four kms to immerse the idol.
Bollywood’s most prominent Kapoor clan, including late Raj Kapoor’s three sons- Randhir, Rishi and Rajiv Kapoor along with the young and dashing Ranbir Kapoor, took to the streets of Mumbai to celebrate the festival amid a maddening crowd. There are also reports that Ranbir Kapoor slapped a media person but there is no footage of the same.
Last seen in Tamasha, Ranbir Kapoor is now gearing up for the much talked about Ae Dil Hai Mushkil, where he is paired opposite Aishwarya Rai Bachchan for the first time along with Anushka Sharma.
Rishi Kapoor also tweeted: “Ranbir seems to be playing pranks behind my back”. It is a time for fans and supporters of the family to see them in the flesh and walk along with them in the procession. I don’t blame them, but they misbehaved with me. “When the Ganpati leaves RK studio, everybody is excited.” he said. “This evening there was heavy rainfall”. The Kapoors, it is alleged, manhandled the media persons and also slapped a cameraman. “If I have indeed slapped them why don’t you show the clip of me slapping?” It is impossible when there is so much rain and public (to not lose your temper).
“I was behaving like the Mumbai police, trying to monitor the situation. When we are respecting God, these small time journalists poke the damn camera in your face”.

Sources claim that when the media asked the Kapoor family to pose for pictures and give a byte, Randhir and Rishi lost their cool.
