RNC: We won’t be cutting funding, support to Trump
The Republican presidential nominee will deliver a speech in Ohio Monday laying out his vision.

Trump’s campaign chairman, Paul Manafort, on Sunday blamed news organizations for the GOP nominee’s hard week, saying the press focused on a pair of Trump comments for days rather than doing more stories about the economic plan Trump announced. His anti-media tweet storm topped a half-dozen posts by Sunday night. He told CNBC on Thursday that his plan in the final stretch is to “just keep doing the same thing I’m doing right now, and at the end it’s either going to work or I’m going to have a very, very nice, long vacation”.
In a campaign appearance Saturday at St. Anselm’s College in Manchester, New Hampshire, Democratic vice presidential nominee Tim Kaine urged supporters not to let favorable polling and positive punditry make them complacent when it comes to voting for the Democratic ticket.
Along with the taxes, her campaign released a web video featuring Republican leaders saying that Trump should make his filings public. And four years ago former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney had the support of 65 percent of the state’s GOP voters, according to Politico. As for Mr. Trump, he needs to stop blaming everyone else and decide if he wants to behave like someone who wants to be President-or turn the nomination over to Mike Pence. “Persuasion for the sliver of the electorate in the middle still matters to some degree, and there’s an opportunity for Clinton on that front in this election”.
In 2008 and 2012, overwhelming support among voters under 30 was a crucial part of Barack Obama’s winning coalitions.
The unique dynamics of the 2016 election are also a factor.
“When that’s completed, he’ll release the returns”, Manafort said, adding that Clinton’s returns showed income coming from “people who benefited from her State Department term as well”, referring to her time as secretary of State. They gave more than $1 million to charity. “They are insurgents who are mobilizing what they view (ed) as an ignored majority”. Young voters have responded by rejecting Trump’s violent rhetoric and moving away from his campaign.
“I am who I am”, he tweeted. Clinton also made an economic policy speech in MI last week. Trump also trails Clinton in Florida, according to the poll.
The latest USA Today/Rock the Vote poll found that while about half of young voters lean Democrat, just 20% lean Republican. “Donald Trump is going to make so many visits to Florida, I think the press will get exhausted of covering it because here’s the deal, ‘We have to win Florida, right?’ I’d expected that he would be here at least once every two weeks and maybe even once a week between now and the election”, said Gruters.
IWV does not believe there is much traction in Clinton’s accusation about gender bias and her insinuation that Trump would not be an effective president because he has more male advisors than female advisors. Now, she’s leading him 45 percent to 40 percent.
