Rob Gronkowski received treatment on knee at hospital
According to Mike Reiss of ESPN Boston and Adam Schefter of ESPN, Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowksi spent some time at a Boston hospital Thursday afternoon getting treatment on his injured right knee.

Gronk was also held out of Tuesday’s workout before returning yesterday on a limited basis.
He is expected to play Saturday in the divisional playoff game against the Kansas City Chiefs, but coach Bill Belichick was vague when asked about Gronkowski’s status for this weekend before the team released Thursday’s injury report.
The 6-foot-6, 260-pounder suffered a bone bruise/knee sprain in Week 12 against the Broncos and missed the following Patriots game – a loss to the Eagles.
Offensive lineman Tre’ Jackson (hand) and linebacker Jonathan Freeny (knee) were also missing from Thursday’s practice session.
Still, the situation is worth monitoring, given that New England’s top three wide receivers – Julian Edelman, Danny Amendola, and Brandon LaFell – were all listed as limited on yesterday’s first practice report of the week. Obviously, Gronkowski has earned that approach due to his value to the team.
