New Orleans’ defense has been abysmal all season and has given up 26 or more points six times in 10 games. And we just had to look closely at a few point to at least give this an option because the direction we were heading wasn’t good.

The coach added that he hasn’t met with general manager Mickey Loomis or assistant coaches individually about personnel matters, referring to such potential changes as “something that would not be done without a lot of thought”.
Ward, the former OR standout, was tossed for a blow to the head when receiver Jeremy Maclin took him out on Charcandrick West’s 80-yard touchdown Sunday that put the Chiefs ahead 29-0 on their way to a 29-13 win.
