Robert De Niro says Donald Trump is ‘totally nuts’
SARAJEVO, Bosnia-Herzegovina (AP) – Robert De Niro says Donald Trump is like the main character of the legendary 1976 movie “Taxi Driver,” the mentally disturbed Travis Bickle.

After the opening ceremony, Robert De Niro was presented with the first Honorary Heart of Sarajevo – Lifetime Achievement Award in front of an audience of more than 3,000 people at the Open Air Cinema.
Deadline points out that Trump has yet to say anything negative about De Niro on Twitter, but he’ll probably get to it when he’s done taking on The New York Times over this whole thing. After standing by the comments repeatedly, he finally suggested Friday that he was being sarcastic.
“What he has been saying is totally insane, ridiculous, stuff that shouldn’t be even. he is totally nuts”. “God help us.” The actor also commented on how the media is paying too much attention to Trump.
Trump has blamed US news media of taking many his comments out of context.
The festival “was born during a dark and risky time to counter the butchering of war with a celebration of art and humanity”, De Niro said.
Donald Trump’s bid for the presidency has been rife with controversy, with a litany of his brazen remarks causing widespread offence, from his denigration of Hillary Clinton, to the disparaging remarks made about Mexicans, Muslims, war veterans, and many more. The scientist replied: “I can’t”.
Author Stephen King has described Trump as a “rabid coyote with bad hair”, while singer Cher described him as “an arrogant asshole” with an “ego the size of Texas”.

“But I think now they are really starting to push back, the media”, De Niro continued.
