Mumbai: The teaser of “Rock On 2” released recently and garnered a good number of views on the internet and now the first song “Jaago” is out.
“Mita do aur fir se likho taqdeer tum“.
Farhan Akhtar, as Magik’s lead singer Aditya, fronts the number, performed to a roaring crowd with the Gateway of India in the background.
The concert scenes have been choreographed by Bosco-Caesar.
Actress Shraddha Kapoor went on to her micro-blogging profile and shared the news which read, “1st song of #RockOn2 out in 2 days!” Shankar Ehsaan Loy’s music could’ve been on a faster beat. The film, also stars Shraddha Kapoor and is directed by Shujaat Saudagar.
Overall the song is worthy of being in your playlist and will grow on you with the course of multiple hearing. Farhan, Arjun, Purab and Prachi reprise their roles from the first part.
Shraddha and Shashank Arora make their series debut in the film.
