Aerosmith guitarist Joe Perry collapsed on stage while performing in Brooklyn on Sunday and was hospitalized, according to reports.

The Hollywood Vampires have pulled out of a U.S. TV performance on Monday night (11Jul16) as guitarist Joe Perry remains hospitalised following a health emergency.

A reassuring message was also posted to the band’s Twitter account that read: “Joe Perry is stable and resting”.

Fans say Perry looked out of sorts, sat down on stage, then walked off in the middle of a song. “He is stable right now, with family & is under the best care”.

Perry, Cooper, and Depp formed the Hollywood Vampires back in 2015, in homage to the legendary drinking club frequented by musicians during the 1970s.

Perry then exits behind an amplifier and stumbles as he disappears off-stage at the concert, which was one of the first at a new amphitheatre on Coney Island. “FDNY and NYPD carried him off quickly”, later adding: “Saw him rubbing his left arm”. “Thanks to everyone asking about our brother Joe Perry”, he wrote. “He is stable right now, with family & is under the best care”, the Hollywood Vampires vocalist, 68, tweeted Sunday night.

Joe Perry had a scary moment during a performance with supergroup Hollywood Vampires in NY over the weekend.

The Hollywood vampires next show is scheduled for Tuesday, at the Fraze Pavilion, which is in Kettering, Ohio.
