“There wasn’t nothing special that they did”.

“It wasn’t nothing special that they did”, he said of the Broncos win. “We dropped balls, we turned the ball over, gave up sacks, threw errant passes”.

When asked to put his disappointment into words, all Newton would say was, “We lost”. Just like Newton, O’Brien eventually got up and walked out.

Newton, a player known for his beaming smile and crowd-pleasing end zone dances, entered the post-game presser scowling.

“I’ve been on that podium in that very same seat”, Faulk said, reflecting on a Super Bowl loss as a player with the Rams. With this year’s Super Bowl – and with the Rams’ move to Los Angeles bringing even more out-of-state athletes into California – that number is sure to grow.

In California, home of Super Bowl 50, the top income tax rate (i.e., the one paid by people who make at least $1 million annually) is 13.3 percent, the highest in the nation.

LeBron was quiet, sad and upset, but I expect him to show those emotions after losing a championship, but he still sat there and answered the questions like a professional. Derrick also talked about thinking Cam made a “business decision” and talked about how if Carolina would have scored on that drive he doesn’t think Peyton Manning would have been able to lead Denver down the field. To hate Cam forever for this incident is just wrong, hopefully he learns from his actions and acts differently if he finds himself in this situation again.

“You are the face of our brand right now, you can’t do that”, Sanders said. It was going to be a forgettable game for him.
