Ronda Rousey Taken to Hospital Following Brutal UFC 193 Knockout Loss

Rousey’s 12-match winning streak came to an end on Sunday when she got knocked out by Holm. “I wouldn’t expect her back any time soon”.
“I wanted to thank everyone for their love and support”.
“I appreciate the concerns about my health, but I’m fine”.
Rousey and Holm are most likely set to meet in the octagon again next year, as both UFC president Dana White and his new bantamweight champion have agreed an immediate rematch makes sense.
“I don’t look at this fight and think I’ve made it. I think I’ve still got a few things to do”, Holm said in the Sydney Morning Herald report. “I’ve never once said I want to fight this date against this person”.
“She’s a 19-time boxing world champion”, Rousey told Fallon, “with a 100% takedown defense and head-kick knockouts”.
Ronda Rousey vowed to come back stronger after losing her undefeated record to Holly Holm in sensational style in Melbourne. “There was not a lot of talking”.
“It’s not easy to deal with everything she has been dealing with”, Tarverdyan said, reports ESPN.
The all-decisive fight lasted for hardly five minutes and was a complete reversal of her previous successes. Jay Kornegay, the sports book director at the Westgate in Las Vegas, told the Las Vegas Review-Journal he took four large wagers on Rousey just before the fight began, which helped him to break even on the fight. She used her distance and range to connect with crisp, clean left hands to Rousey’s face.
That statement would prove to be portentuous for Rousey as Holm ducked under a right hook, sending Rousey staggering and confusing her before Holm sealed victory with a kick.

Rousey didn’t speak to reporters after the fight and instead was taken to hospital suffering from concussion and a cut lip.
