Ronny Deila shrugs off training ground clash over tackle
CELTIC manager Ronny Deila insists he has no concerns over Nadir Ciftci’s temperament after the Turkish striker was involved in a training-ground altercation with Emilio Izaguirre following which the Honduran left-back was taken to hospital for treatment to an ear wound.

Ronny Deila has admitted that Emilio Izaguirre and Nadir Ciftci had a training ground bust-up.
– Celtic Football Club (@celticfc)RD: “He had to get it stitched and he’s fine for tomorrow”.
“I always say to my players that I want 100 per cent at training, and it’s been fantastic lately”. It’s been very good.
Both players are available for the Tynecastle clash after the Norwegian spoke with the pair.
“Sometimes it gets a little too hot and [on Tuesday] there was an incident but I have talked with both players and everybody is ready for [the Hearts game]”.
Celtic are the defending League Cup champions having ended their six-year wait for the crown earlier this year.
He received one red card and 11 yellows last season and escaped bans after being cited for violent conduct against Inverness defender Gary Warren and Celtic skipper Scott Brown, who accused him of kicking him in the head.
“Nadir was the player who reacted”.
“But if they cause you problems, then they cause the opponent problems as well”.
“I’m starting to get used to that of course”, he added. “Players should stay on their feet and we talk about that all the time for training”.
“And when you play cup games it’s vital because if you lose you’re out”.

“The fight starts with winning challenges, running enough, being tough on the pitch, but again we want to be disciplined and do it in a fair way”.
