Down there in Dallas all they’re talking about is Dak Prescott, so it looks like we’re headed for a decade of the Carson Wentz-led Eagles vs. the Dak Prescott-led Cowboys. Wentz headed home from hunting. The Eagles will likely pick late in the first round and early in the second round after the trade. I think that’s the hardest part, just maintaining your discipline because you have the need. I knew as I was taking the mental reps, being out the last couple of weeks. I was developing at a fast pace and now it’s here. “Everything we’ve done, and I’ve done in the past, really fits him and the type of quarterback he is”. “I’m already excited. I’m trying to control a little bit and focus in all week”.

Shortly after Wentz was drafted, the Eagles made it seem like the young quarterback would spend his rookie season on the bench behind Sam Bradford and Chase Daniel. He’s always studying.
