Rosie O’Donnell responds to Donald Trump’s debate barb
Trump didn’t deny it. And when Kelly was undeterred by his attempt to laugh off her question with a joke about comedian Rosie O’Donnell, he fired back. Kelly pushed further, asking how he could possibly face Hillary Clinton given his track record with women. Trump said that “political correctness” was one of the top problems facing the country. FOX New Radio’s Jeff Monosso was in spin alley at the Quicken Loans Arena where many candidates said they were pressed for time.

On Twitter, Trump’s outspoken attorney Michael Cohen raged against the Fox machine – including the after-debate voter panel discussion hosted by pollster Frank Luntz – tweeting: “A total setup by @FrankLuntz and #FOXNEWSDEBATE to try to lower #Trump2016 high poll numbers”.

The real estate mogul refused to rule out running as an independent, drawing boos from the audience at the opening debate today. Rand Paul of Kentucky were able to break through. In addition to challenging Trump on his potential independent run, Paul accused Trump of not realising that Republicans opposed a single payer healthcare system.
“I didn’t get a phone call from Bill Clinton before I jumped in the race”. “I had the good sense to leave Atlantic City, which by the way, Caesar’s just went bankrupt”. “It was”. “The questions asked of me were much much more hard and poignant and really unfair”, he said.
“I’m going to have to earn this”.
(Bush) “I believe that the great majority of people coming here illegally have no other option. That’s fine”, Bush said.
“I got my selfie!!!” “I didn’t think they were appropriate”.
Also on stage Thursday was Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker, whose victories over unions in his home state created his national profile.
Ted Cruz – I am not a fan of Sen. I want to run as the Republican nominee.’. He’s challenged Republican Party leadership plenty of times. He said it was important for the U.S.to ensure it did not sell arms to outside forces. “But we can stop them”.
“Governor Walker, you’ve consistently said that you want to make abortion illegal even in cases of rape, incest, or to save the life of the mother…” Paul claimed he would collect more data on terrorists and less data on general members of the public, but Christie said Paul was unqualified to make that promise.
Christie called that idea “ridiculous”. Because you know what?
“When you’re sitting in a subcommittee just blowing hot air, you can say things like that”.
