When a fan told Rosie to use Find My iPhone to track her daughter, she responded by saying “she left without her phone”. Her mother became more anxious for she has stopped taking medication since her disappearance. She said they’d communicated via texts and Facebook messages.

Once the word went out on social media that Chelsea was missing, it became clear the 17-year-old was not in danger because several people called police to say they had been in touch with her, Wilson said. “The dog is a 9 lbs. brown and black terrier”, explained the website entry. “Any information please contact…” Berger said earlier Tuesday, when it was first publicly revealed that the girl was missing.

Rosie O’Donnell adopted daughter Chelsea Belle in 1997. Micoley, who lives in Wisconsin and has four other children, accused O’Donnell and trying to keep the two apart. Chelsea then appeared and left with police without incident, Germain said. Police attended a residence there and asked for Chelsea, informing the reluctant residents there that they would not be leaving until Chelsea came out.

Rosie also took to her Twitter to confirm her daughter was found, writing, “chelsea has been found and is safe in police custody – thank u for all the help and light #missingchildren”.
