O’Donnell, along with then wife Kelli Carpenter, adopted daughter Chelsea together, and have three other adopted children, Parker, Blake and Vivienne. The dog is a 9 lbs brown and black terrier.

She said Chelsea is having issues with her adoptive mother. On Tuesday O’Donnell had made an emotional public plea for help finding her daughter tweeting, “CHELSEA O’DONNELL MISSING”, with a link to a statement about her disappearance.
As Radar reported, Chelsea and Micoley connected in November of last year when Chelsea found and reached out to her biological maternal grandfather.
Rosie O’Donnell’s missing 17-year-old daughter was found safe in Ocean County, New Jersey. She is believed to be with her therapy dog, Bear, who is six months old.
O’Donnell, in a statement, specifically thanked police in South Nyack, N.Y., where her family lives, and in Barneget Light, N.J., where they have a vacation home.
They said: “She is being brought back to Nyack right now and everything is fine with her. She is in good health”.
While the medication the missing teen is in need of isn’t specified, a rep for Rosie told US Weekly that “Chelsea, like millions of people, lives with mental illness“. According to TMZ, Chelsea was located in Barnegat Light, New Jersey, which is more than 100 miles away from O’Donnell’s house.
But around 6 hours later, O’Donnell returned to Twitter to say that Chelsea had been found and was “safe in police custody”.
O’Donnell did not add where or how Chelsea was found. She also did not specify whether her daughter purposely absconded. Yahoo! reported in March that the teenager was caught in a controversy between Rosie and her birth mother, who accused the actress of forcing her to give up her child. A photograph of Chelsea and Bear were published alongside the statement. She wasn’t forced to be there, and there doesn’t appear to be anything criminal about the incident, Germain said.

Chelsea stopped taking her medicine and is in need of medical attention.
