Chelsea is Rosie’s daughter with ex Kelli Carpenter, and they have three other children together. The dog is a 9-pound brown and black terrier.

The View host posted a plea about the adopted 17 year old on her website urging anyone with information to come forward. CNN also reported that “Police have not officially classified Chelsea as “missing“, but the investigation continues, he said”.
O’Donnell first hinted there was a problem with Chelsea when she posted a tweet at about 1:00 a.m. EDT Tuesday.
When the woman informed her daughter missing, O’Donnell said the teenager had ceased utilizing her pharmaceuticals and required medical help.
According to TMZ the teen and her dog were located over 200kms from home with police able to pin point her location thanks to the Global Positioning System on her mobile phone.
They said: “She is being brought back to Nyack right now and everything is fine with her. She is in good health”. South Nyack police told Eyewitness News that Chelsea has not been classified as a missing person, since they believe she ran away. She said Chelsea may be in New York City, which is approximately 25 miles south of her home in Nyack.
On Tuesday, Rosie’s longtime publicist, Cindi Berger, confirmed that Chelsea’s disappearance was especially worrisome to her family (she has four siblings) because she suffers from mental illness and had not taken her meds.
The 17-year-old daughter was last seen in the Rockland County area on August 11.

Micoley said Chelsea reached out to Micoley’s father, who re-connected the two. She also shares two-year-old daughter Dakota with estranged wife Michelle Rounds.
