The 17-year-old daughter was last seen in the Rockland County area on August 11.

A spokesman for the South Nyack-Grand View Police Department told TheWrap that O’Donnell was found by an agency in New Jersey, and that both she and her dog were fine. Chelsea is Rosie’s adopted daughter with ex-wife Kelli Carpenter, and the former couple, who split in 2007, have two other children, Blake and Vivienne. The dog is a 9-pound brown and black terrier.
The site says law enforcement were able to locate her by pinging a cell phone she used. The couple had three children together, Chelsea being the oldest.
