Roy Hodgson looking for right combination in England attack
The final verdict will only be once England’s tournament is over but Hodgson is clear that he retains faith in the firepower at his disposal.

Wayne Rooney was surprised to learn that he was left out of the England team for their final Group B clash against Slovakia, according to reports.
England only drew 0-0 leaving them as runner-up in their group behind Wales and facing a trip to Nice for the last 16 game against the runners-up from the group that includes Hungary and Portugal.
That mouth-watering match-up would take place at the Stade de France in Paris on Sunday, July 3.
Spain are now the 3/1 favourites to win the tournament ahead of hosts France at 4/1.
“I think, for the pressure of the game, the way we played was probably one of the best team performances I’ve been involved in”, Bale told reporters after the win.
“It has been hard, mentally, physically, so even to be here is an honour for me really because I didn’t think I was going to be here”. You just don’t know.
However, Hodgson was insistent that his side are on the verge of coming good at Euro 2016 in France this summer.
“I’m still not sure where the goals are going to come from”. As it stands; Wales have six points, England five points and Slovakia four points while disappointing Russian Federation came fourth with just a point.
“If we had got an early goal, it could have been very different – but we didn’t. I hope that we do that”.
“They seem happy to keep possession but that’s no use if you can’t hurt the opposition at the end of it”.
“We’ll be paying close attention to who we may get”.
“I think it’s good for me to have a week to shrug it off”.
Todd, though, did not necessarily agree with those who felt the decision backfired.
I have not changed my mind about what I said on BBC One after the Slovakia game on Monday – I don’t think Roy knows his best XI, or his best system, and that is where we are struggling, he remarked.
“In the end, we haven’t delivered the goods to break down a stubborn Slovakia side. I feel that they have yet to get going and they have some great players”, he said.
Jamie Vardy’s one-on-one was the best chance of the first half and Dele Alli’s effort off the line was the closest they came after on a night when the loud roar of England’s support could not see them over the line.
But behind the scores, there are encouraging signs for coach Roy Hodgson’s young, emerging team.

Iceland may represent a helpful draw, as the lowest ranked side left in the competition, but England are also in the same half of the draw as the continent’s heaviest hitters.
