Ruby Rose is Urban Decay’s New Face!

We, and everyone else we know, are big fans of Ruby Rose. Her sass, her sense of humor, her accent and her slammin’ bod pretty much had me wrapped around her finger last season.

There’s no word yet on just what this campaign will entail, but we can certainly expect to see more of Ruby Rose dressed in Urban Decay’s cosmetics and that certainly isn’t a bad thing. Identifying as gender fluid, Rose released a video that went viral back in 2015 depicting her “breaking free” by removing some of the hallmarks of femininity and revealing a masculine, Robert De Niro-circa- Taxi brash bravado.

The androgynous star, who a year ago described herself as “genderfluid”, was signed up as the face of Maybelline New York in Australia in 2010, shortly after she made a move into acting. The “Orange Is The New Black” actress is joining the Urban Decay family as the beauty brand’s newest spokesperson. For now, Rose will serve as Urban Decay’s “Most Addictive New Vice”, which sounds a lot like an ambassador.

Twenty years certainly look good on Urban Decay. The company motto is “beauty with an edge”, and Ruby personifies that slogan. Ms. Rose will also model for Denim & Supply by Ralph Lauren.

Rose has not been shy about her love for the edgy makeup company in the past.

Ms. Rose certainly has a unique outlook on fashion and how it affects her life. Audiences, fashion, and now beauty immediately fell for the tattooed Rose.
