According towards the post, the objective behind those iPhone 6c were to provide another affordable solution for persons who wished a different iPhone, but didn’t desire to spree on Apple’s next pattern, which is certainly forecast to be referred to as iPhone 6S.

Based on a number of analysts’ best guesses and insider information, Business Insider compiled a list of several features that could appear on the next iPhone. But now, Arcuri says that these clues can no longer can be found in the supply chain.

Rumors claimed that Apple would release a 4-inch iPhone 6C after an uproar over the 6 and 6 Plus both being too big and stories being released claiming many people refused to upgrade despite the plethora of new capabilities that would be gained by the user. But now, traces of the phone have disappeared. Analysts at Jeffries also wrote at the end of June that Apple could be creating a low-cost metal iPhone with a 4-inch screen to be released in 2016.

“I think one of the reasons is because the iPhone 6 has sold so well”, Arcuri said.

Recent reports have indicated that an iPhone 6c launch might be scheduled for next year, and Arcuri isn’t completely dismissing the device.

Like we said, the reports are conflicting.

The analyst believes that Apple were anxious that the iPhone 6C would cannibalize iPhone 6S sales, and so did not want to take that risk.

Rumors of the iPhone 6C stem from the iPhone 5C, which was released with the iPhone 5S that preceded the current generation of Apple’s incredibly popular line of smartphones.

Looking back at its release history, it’s easy to presume that Apple will be launching the iPhone 6S and most probably the 6S Plus, but there has been growing speculation of a smaller, cheaper model.
