The Dallas Cowboys are trying to focus on a big game against the Seattle Seahawks coming up on Sunday, but several headlines are hanging low on the team as they are in desperate need of a win.

The issue caused Randle to leave the facility on Wednesday and miss a treatment session.

Joseph Randle was absent from Dallas Cowboys practices for most of the week, and team officials are reportedly concerned over what the 23-year-old running back is dealing with off the field. He made headlines in October, 2014 when he was arrested for shoplifting at a Frico, Texas mall.

Randle met with NFL investigators this summer and again within the past week, and the NFL determined that he violated the league’s personal conduct policy, which will carry consequences. Lockette instantly slumped to the bottom on his side & appeared to be unconscious when trainers & medical officers quickly got there to take care of him.

The Wichita, Kansas, police department spent nearly three months looking into an early February incident at a downtown hotel that involved Randle getting into a dispute with the mother of his child.

“Don’t really want to get into that situation very much”.

Not only did Randle storm out of practice after basically losing him job to Darren McFadden, but he may now be charged for the incident that occurred in Wichita. The police were called and Randle was arrested for unlawful possession of marijuana.

Regardless of what happens from here, Randle blew probably the best opportunity he may ever get to become a starting running back in the NFL.

On Thursday, the National Football League declined to confirm any form of discipline. The Cowboys are citing a strained left oblique injury as the reason.

He started the first six games this season and rushed for 315 yards. But just because McFadden is in line for a lot of work behind a great offensive line doesn’t mean he’s going to be a dependable fantasy start this weekend.

He added, however, that it was premature to talk about his roster spot going forward.
