Russell Wilson on Jimmy Graham: ‘We definitely have the chemistry’
The list of players on the missing-in-action list is down to one.

Graham is scheduled to meet the media Friday. I want to know how they’re feeling.
At least, that’s how I read the translator’s lips.
The Seahawks host Chicago Sunday as they attempt to win their first game of the season.
But is the offense a disaster? That number is 44 percent through two games with the Seahawks. According to another NFL.com article, the New Orleans Saints traded Graham to the Seahawks for center Max Unger. I think he’s a competitor, he wants the ball, he wants to help us win. “We don’t really have an issue getting him the ball”. “It wasn’t a bad first game”. That’s a pretty good game. “In the second game, it was one of those things that we had things called, that [were] looking for him”. It’s just the way it worked out. I have a great relationship with all the wideouts. If for no other reason than he would blend in with the 12s. The lack of production led to reports that Graham was upset after the game. He’s out there running routes, I see him running full speed.
In the video above, Seahawks offensive coordinator Darrell Bevell talks to the media Wednesday about how the offense is planning to work past its slow start. “If you say frustrated, he’s frustrated we’re 0-2, not that he only had one catch”, he added. “We’re frustrated just like anybody watching”.
Bevell requested some patience, arguing that the personnel turnover elsewhere requires some time until its choreography resembles the Joffrey Ballet. “And I definitely think Jimmy is a big factor in winning, he’s a great player”. “The offense never stays the same”. “He’s a tight end. We had a couple penalties [and] a couple things happened when we were trying to get him the ball in those particular plays, that kind of took away from it”.
Graham, the Seahawks big-time acquisition who is expected to be Wilson’s go-to receiver, caught just one pass for 11 yards in the 27-17 loss at Green Bay last week. Bevell said per Sheil Kapadia of ESPN.com. “(Defenses) do different things in coverage. But as a tight end, there’s times for strategic advantages and things that go on that you want to hold him in and get some better protection. Is there an emphasis to try to get Jimmy the ball?
“Speaking specifically to Percy, we were trying to do things obviously to incorporate Percy in, and I don’t think Jimmy is in that category”. We’re able to plug him in. We know that he’ll do great things for us. “The same can be said for a lot of other guys”.
As for the view of Wilson, all he can ever do is spread thick sunshine upon controversy, hoping to smother it. “That’s the bottom line”. “He’s been unbelievable in practice”.
“Well first of all, what needs to happen was we need to win”, Wilson said. He’s a great teammate, couldn’t be any better… great friend too.

Count Seattle quarterback Russell Wilson as another one saying that if Jimmy Graham has felt any frustration during the start of his Seahawks’ career, it’s only in the team being 0-2. “He creates a mismatch”, Rolle said of the 6-foot-7, 260-pound Graham.
