Russia has motive, capability and form for US email hack
Of course Im being sarcastic, Trump said Thursday on Fox News Fox and Friends, a day after his remarks at a news conference ignited fierce debate over hacking and his urging of a global adversary to meddle in American politics.

Clinton, in her first major national television interview after accepting the nomination on July 28, also faced questions about Benghazi, the FBI investigation into her use of private e-mail servers while she was secretary of state, and her family’s foundation, although her answers provided no new insight or defense against criticism of how she handled those matters.
Trump was referencing emails on Clintons private server that she said she deleted, saying they were private, before turning other messages over to the State Department.
Trump said he and Putin “are very different”, but that they would “get along very well”. “Who knows who it is”.
Donald Trump said he was using sarcasm when he said Russian Federation should unearth Hillary Clinton’s “missing” emails.
On the personal level, Clinton is not the type of leader that Putin likes to deal with, said Mikhail Zygar, a Russian journalist and author of “All the Kremlin’s Men”. It gives me no pause, if they have them, they have them. Trump declared if he was president “I don’t think they’d be doing that for one minute”.
Not only that – one of the candidates for the U.S. presidency is essentially urging a foreign power to break United States law by hacking into a private computer network.
“We know perfectly well that candidates in the heat of a pre-election struggle say one thing, but that later, when under the weight of responsibility, their rhetoric becomes more balanced”. “So with all of these strong ties to NATO, Ukraine is a mess”, Trump said.
Despite concerns about Trump’s statements and Clinton’s handling of classified emails, both presidential candidates will soon begin to receive classified intelligence briefings.
The official also emphasized that the briefings for Trump and Clinton “will be provided on an even-handed, non-partisan basis”.
On Wednesday, Trump drew criticism and headlines by commenting during a press conference during questions over allegations that Russian Federation was involved in the leak of the DNC emails to WikiLeaks.
Trump’s comments come on top of concerns about the leak of almost 20,000 emails hacked from Democratic National Committee headquarters in Washington and released by WikiLeaks prior to the Democratic Convention in Philadelphia. Speculation is building that Russian hackers may have breached the Democratic National Committee as a way to influence the outcome of the US election.
In the end, Shapiro said that the Donald Trump Russia comments exposed Democrats for what they are – “liars and opportunists with America’s national security”. A columnist at Russia’s best-selling newspaper, however, said it would have been a smart move. The FBI is probing the breach.
“By the way, [Russia] hacked”, Trump said.
“It is so farfetched”, he said. Honestly, I wish I had that power. “I don’t know anything about him other than he will respect me”.
“He wants to edge out its neighbors so that Russian Federation can dominate oil supplies to all of Europe”, Trump said.

“To hack another USA citizen, regardless if it’s a political candidate or a private citizen, I think that crosses a line”, he said.
