Just ahead of the talks, more than 50 people were killed on October 30 when rockets fired by Syrian government forces hit a market in a rebel-held area outside Damascus, the Britain-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said.
“We have no doubt that the growth rates in our economy will continue and the financial health of the kingdom will remain as strong as it has been”, he said.
According to U.S. Department of Defense, the coalition has conducted 7,712 airstrikes since operations began, the majority in Iraq, but the number of strikes in Syria is expected to increase. Deputy foreign minister said the second point was President Bashar al-Assad’s stepping down which was a part of the United States timetable for the transition of power in Syria; “with the efforts of FM Zarif, it was not included in the final statement and it was decided that the political process will be Syrian-led and Syrian-owned, and the Syrian people will decide the future of Syria”, he asserted. Russian Federation resisted the push by blocking attempts at the United Nations to pressure the Syrian leader and insisting that any new government be established only by mutual consent of both the government and the opposition.
But no agreement was reached on Assad.
