Russia says it will investigate new doping allegations
The IAAF later suspended Russian Federation from all global competitions, including World Athletics Series competitions and the 2016 Olympic Games in Brazil.

Clemens Prokop, the President of the German Athletics Federation called for the worldwide body to take further action, labeling the actions of the Russian “shameful” and the IAAF say they are taking the new allegations seriously.
According to the German documentary, a suspended coach has been identified continuing to work with athletes in an isolated Russian province, while another named trainer is still distributing doping substances.
The IAAF confirmed to The Associated Press following Mokhnev’s comments that he remained under a provisional suspension.
The IAAF and WADA outlined a strict reinstatement criteria, including severing ties with Russian athletics officials, officers or staff with any past involvement in doping.
Another Russian coach was accused Sunday of offering banned substances for sale, but it was not clear whether he had any links with elite-level Russian athletes.
Meanwhile, Russia’s athletics federation said it had ordered an internal probe to “analyse all the episodes shown in the film and thoroughly investigate every case”.
The IAAF is to consider granting the whistleblower who helped expose the extent of her country’s doping problem – and was forced to go into hiding – a special exemption that would allow her to return to competition.
Antseliovich, while in an earlier role at RUSADA, allegedly told an unnamed athlete that she could reschedule a drug test.
Antseliovich is the successor to Nikita Kamaev, who ran RUSADA until his resignation in December.
The broadcast of the latest ARD/WDR documentary comes less than a week before an IAAF taskforce is due to give an update at a meeting in Monte Carlo.

Russian athletes face an uphill battle to be allowed to compete at the Rio Olympics from August 5-21 after a World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) independent commission alleged widespread corruption and doping in the country’s athletics.
