WILMINGTON, N.C. (AP) – In a rare policy address by a vice presidential nominee, Democrat Tim Kaine showcased his own foreign policy expertise Tuesday and painted Donald Trump as clueless and unsafe when it comes to world affairs.

“His whole campaign has been one long insult to all those who’ve worn the uniform to protect our most cherished American values”, Clinton said.
