Ryan Reynolds fell for Blake Lively on double date

Ryan Reynolds’ “Deadpool” is off to a racy start at the North American box office, grossing $12.7 million Thursday night to score the biggest preview number ever for R-rated film and the biggest of all time for the month of February. I gotta say. Its wonderful.

So Wade is this ex-special forces guy who is now a mercenary.

Just as Fox appears to be doing with “Deadpool”, Paramount is overcompensating with the ridiculous amount of advertising for ‘Zoolander 2’. As in, “She was on a date with another guy and I was on a date with another girl”. Baccarin as girlfriend Vanessa can barely catch her breath.

Although the days are long because of the make-up process, Reynolds and co-star TJ Miller had a lot of fun filming the scene when Miller’s character Weasel first sees the scarred version of Wade.

“Deadpool is really self aware and a real rascal”, Reynolds admits. I’m sorry in advance, but we’re all in this together’. They fall for each other instantly, and believably, until he is suddenly and shockingly diagnosed with cancer. This turns Wilson into the mind-numbing alter ego of Deadpool, complete with a face that looks like “an avocado had sex with an older avocado”. Deadpool keeps ripping the studio for cheapness since it only provided two X-Men, but provides a nasty Wolverine impression you won’t want to miss.

We just wish we could see it with you, Betty. He also tells us what it’s like being a dad. Aided by two bona fide X-Men – Colossus (voiced by Stefan Kapicic) and Negasonic Teenage Warhead (Brianna Hildebrand) – Wade vows revenge on Ajax and his underlings.

The proud father – who welcomed his little girl into the world with Blake in December 2014 – joked he hadn’t gone too far in terms of celebrity baby names as he revealed she is named after his father, who passed away past year. “But the Deadpool part they didn’t like at all”. He’s found pretty much his flawless role here, one where his entitled smarm works for him rather than against him; you won’t necessarily cheer for him, but you’ll certainly enjoy watching him.
