Ryanair Loses More Trust of Passengers
It seems that it is always going to a problem, but traveling with a company like Ryanair, it is easy to see that the days of lavish travel are over. In the past, the company would offer you a beverage or something to eat while you traveled to your destination. This was pleasant until Ryanair decided that it wasn’t benefiting them and the accommodations were taken without a second thought. It was often nice to have everything given to you as a “thank you” for flying Ryanair.

The reason for the charges to begin with was to give the company a little bit more of a profit. However, this had the opposite effect. This made the profile of the company unpleasant and littered it with scandal. For those who remember the pilot, John Goss, who blew the whistle on Ryanair for their safety cutbacks, he was fired yesterday from the company. This shows the public that if there are concerns, no one should know about them. It is one of those things in business that make for interesting conversation.
The company insists that their safety is at the highest priority, but when it comes to business, the airline is a little unfair to its passengers. The company as a whole is simply trying to make profits and doesn’t care if they hurt individuals in the process. Such was the last scandal where the airline refused to refund the ticket of a woman who died rather then getting on the plane. Their reasoning for this was that it didn’t fall on the 28 day refund policy.
The incident of the termination of employment of John Goss is one of the things that has people in an uproar. Just because they have a solid complaint, doesn’t mean that they should be fired for the actions. Others may look at this situation as a correct one because he simply released the information to stir up panic. Overall, the company has lost more trust from the passengers because of their latest actions.

It has to be said that Ryanair used to be a company that you could turn to when you needed a decent flight. Times have changed, but this doesn’t give the airline the right to change so drastically all of a sudden. However, there are those who disagree with this statement, claiming that the company is simply surviving. In many areas of “survival”, you have to work with others. This is simply something that hasn’t been done.
