Travellers on the Glasgow to Dublin flight were already well and truly fed up after enduring an eight hour postponement, when a member of the flight crew took to the intercom to give them an update.

After being asked for an explanation regarding the hold up, one of the flight attendants decided to make an announcement notifying everyone of the issue.
A Ryanair flight attendant sparked outrage when she told frustrated passengers, “We don’t want to die” when asked about an eight hour flight delay.
In the clip, a female crew member tells passengers: “The captain can not take off when we have ice on the wings, and we don’t want to die”.
A passenger posted the short clip on Facebook where it was viewed over 16,000 times in seventeen hours.
The shocking video, which is only 13 seconds, has been shared on social media by Ella Ryan, who was on board flight FR5773.
“[We] will be speaking to the crewmember involved and apologize for the regrettable comment she made in the heat of the moment”, Ryanair said in a statement to the Independent.
Ryanair has apologised after an air hostess said “we don’t want to die” while explaining why the flight had been delayed.
