So it is fair to wonder on what grounds the Delhi Police Crime Branch has started an investigation against Kumar instead of investigating who violated Kumar and his partners’ consent by making a private video public.
Sandeep was removed from the AAP government on August 31 by Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal after the CD purportedly showing him in compromising position with the woman surfaced. In His defence, Sandeep said that “I am the only Dalit face of the party”. However, one thing which could go against him is that Gautam is a Jatav dalit while Kumar is a Valmiki.
Soon after the case was registered, Mr Kejriwal said in a tweet, “If the woman’s allegations are correct, this is very serious. If Kejriwal has found him guilty, why not throw him out of the party?” asked Sachin Pilot, another Congress leader.
Sandeep Kumar is the third minister to be sacked by Mr Kejriwal since his government took office in February past year.

She alleged that there was nothing “consensual” in the “sex CD”, reports of which were aired on news channels.
