Liverpool ran out 4-1 winners against a disjointed Leicester City side at the expanded Anfield stadium in a display that would have delighted their fans.

Henderson wasted a flawless opportunity to put the game beyond all reasonable doubt on 78 minutes, but Firmino ensured his team-mate wouldn’t rue that miss when he slotted home in the 89th minute. “Today we showed it in a few moments but I hope we can do better”. “It would be really nice if they could stop this”.
“(Against) Arsenal (in the 0-0 draw) we should have had a penalty, they should have had a man sent off. “They deserved the three points, which they got”.
