Weeks ago, doctors informed Kim Kardashian that she may have a breech delivery and so, the 35-year-old mother had to undergo a painful procedure to turn her son around while in the womb.
Thankfully, it sounds like everyone is doing OK after the ordeal, but it’s no wonder Kim had so much anxiety leading up to her birth: Placenta accreta isn’t something to be taken lightly.
Well Kardashian reached her breaking point Sunday night and continued the process.
The celebrity couple called their two- year-old daughter North, pictured below, a play on geography as her surname is West, although her given name was also meant to symbolize power.

The couple named their second child Saint yesterday (07.12.15) following the little one’s birth but will have to pay if they want to acquire the tot’s name as a.com domain name.

According to E! News, Kim’s highly publicized, hard pregnancy was one of the biggest influences in choosing her son’s moniker. Analysts, however, say that there is an advantage to having a middle name since it makes a name stand out among kids of other famous people.
