Salem Witch Takes Warlock To Court, Gets Harassment Protection
Sforza accused Day of repeatedly calling her late at night from a private number and swearing at her. She also claims he made malicious posts about her on social media and that’s affected her business in Salem.

Sforza and Day were once business associates in Salem, Porreca said. “All of this comes from when you’re the best at what you do, you’re going to have people who want you to fail”, Day said.
During testimony that at times became heated, Sforza accused Day of making incessant phone calls at night and humiliating her on Facebook, The Boston Globe reported.
During the hearing, Ms Sforza told the judge she can see into her own future, adding: “That’s why I’m here today”.
A witch won a protective order against a warlock in court Thursday in Salem, just days before Halloween. The AP quotes Sforza’s lawyer as saying, “She’s being abused, intimidated and harassed”. Day and Sforza both own occult shops in Salem, Massachusetts, though Day now lives in Louisiana.
The two parties have previously worked together.
Sforza is the founder of Our Lord and Lady of the Trinacrian Rose Church in Salem, which espouses a positive earth-centered focus combining the modern and traditional aspects of the Wiccan Beliefs and Religion as well as the Old World Sicilian Witchcraft of the Strega, according to its website.
Day said he was unable to present a strong defense because his lawyer called in sick and was “throwing up on his suit”.
Day, the warlock, told reporters outside court he is the victim of a dispute with the witch over a contract for a television show.
“He called me the C-word”, Sforza testified about the warlock she says she once treated as a son.
