Salman Khan’s “Sultan” gets bumper response

Bollywood superstar Salman Khan’s recent release “Sultan”, which was one of the most avidly awaited movies of the year, is doing wonders at the box office.
Hours before its official release on Wednesday, Salman Khan starrer “Sultan” was leaked online, cyber crime experts said.
Sultan has released on 4000 screens in India and reported 70% of occupancy for the morning shows across the country. Bhai’ style is something that should not be mentioned again and again. There are so many films that talk about revenge, so many romantic films.
There are very few movies that can touch Rs. 60 Cr milestone on first two days. And today, it may cross a whopping milestone of Rs. 60 Crores.
Sultan is the best film of Salman Khan that released during Eid. So far this year, Bollywood’s biggest local title is Airlift, the Akshay Kumar starrer that released back in January for a total 128.1 crore ($19.3M), per Bollywood Hungama.
“Sultan” is the story of a wrestler (Salman Khan), who achieves great success in his career, only to stumble at the peak due to personal and professional problems.
Actor Randeep Hooda, who plays Salman’s mixed martial arts coach in the film, was also present.
Box office collection reflects the popularity of a movie. By the end of the weekend, box office collections will run into three figures.
The movie is expected to fare well in the overseas market too.
The trade analysts and some of the distributors have already predicted that the box-office collections may reach the mark of Rs. 150 crores in the first week itself.
