Salman Khan’s Sultan may have been leaked online

Directed by Ali Abbas Zafar, “Sultan” will see Salman Khan in the role of a wrestler.
Baahubali: The Beginning collected a whopping Rs 45 Cr net on Day 1 from all the languages it was released in, but Sultan could only collect Rs 36.54 Cr net on Day 1. Over the years, Salman’s box office status has multiplied manifold and every film of his generates tremendous curiosity. Sultan day 2 collections were more than any other film from the opening day itself. Advance bookings for the weekend is extra-ordinary.
Where most of the films struggle to make 50 crores in the first week, the film is heading to cross 80 crores as 2 days box office collections amount.
Sultan opens today (July 6) in theaters around the world and in the U.S.
Salman Khan’s Sultan broke the box office collection records of Bajrangi Bhiajaan which Salman Khan did with Kareena Kapoor.
Released in 4,350 screens in India and 1,100 screens overseas, the Yash Raj Films production will have the advantage of a five-day weekend; it hit screens the a day prior to Eid. It will be Salman’s 10th movie to enter the 100 crore club, highest for any Bollywood star.
After a record-breaking opening day with the collection 36.54 crores, Salman Khan and Anushka Sharma starrer “Sultan” continued its glorious run on Thursday as well. That was set by his last picture, Prem Ratan Dhan Payo which bowed on a Thursday in November previous year to 40.35 crore ($6.1M).
Aamir Khan chose to catch a show of Sultan.
The film received positive reviews from the movie critics on the opening day, which is another positive. In fact, the film became the highest opening ever at the Pakistani and Gulf box office.

There are very few movies that can touch Rs. 60 Cr milestone on first two days. Anushka Sharma plays his love interest, Aarfa, who is also a wrestler.
