Sam Bradford Reportedly Turned Down $18 Million Per Year Contract from Eagles
If it were up to former Philadelphia Eagles quarterback and current ESPN analyst Ron Jaworksi, this would be Sam Bradford’s first and last season with the Eagles.

Expectations were high when Bradford first got to Philly, and he obviously bought into them.
“They were big fans of Bradford”, Eskin said on The Josh Innes Show on Monday. Howard Eskin of 94WIP in Philadelphia reported that before the season started, the Eagles offered Bradford a huge deal, that he ended up turning down.
“That offer must have gotten lost in the mail, because I don’t know if I ever saw that one”, said Bradford.
If he turned it down for the latter option, he’s going to find himself thrown off at the end of the season, because the chances of him getting a contract this big are very slim, especially from Philadelphia.
Reports have emerged that the team was willing to give QB Sam Bradford a multi-year deal which included $18 million per year, making football fans question whether or not Kelly is sane.
Bradford, acquired by the Eagles from the St. Louis Rams in exchange for Nick Foles and a 2016 second-round pick, is in the final year of his original six-year, $86 million contract that pays him $12.9 million this season. “Obviously we have a big game against Dallas this week”.

Through seven games, the Eagles are 3-4, and Bradford ranks 30th out of 33 qualifying passers in quarterback rating, 31st in yards per attempt, 20th in touchdown passes, fourth in interceptions and 24th in completion percentage.
